Common models of Robomat Thermocast Hot Oil units include: 3201 Series, 3212 Series, 4201 Series, 4212 Series, 5201 Series, 5211 Series, 5212 Series and 5222 Series. Robamat 3201 Series is a single circuit system that can operate at a maximum temperature up to 482 Fahrenheit (250 Celsius). The 4201 Series, on the other hand, can operate temperature up to 608 Fahrenheit (320 Celsius). Both series standard heating capacity comes in 10 kW or 20 kW, 1.5 HP in pump size with a flow rate of 16 GPM and 6.6 gallons of oil tank capacity. The 3212 Series is a double circuit system with the same specifications as the 3201 Series but with 9.2 gallons of oil tank capacity. Robamat 5201 Series offer a heater size of 10 kW or 20 KW while as the Robamat 5211 Series offer a heater size of 30 kW or 40 KW. Both series can operate temperature up to 662 Fahrenheit (350 Celsius). The pump size is 3.75 HP producing a flow rate of 21 GPM with an oil tank capacity of 6.6 gallons. The 5212 Series is the same specifications as the 5201 series, however, the oil tank can hold 9.2 gallons. The 5222 Series has a heating capacity of 20 kW, 30 kW, and 40 kW. The pump size and GPM is the same as the 5212 Series.
