Equipped with Air Safety Ratchet, Hydraulic Motorized Die Height Adjustment, Hydraulic Bumper Plate Ejection System, Four Core Circuits on moving platen, one on stationary platen, Dual Automatic Tie Bar Puller on Top Operator Side and Top Helper Side Tie Bars, Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 Controls, Visi-Trak "Sure-Trak" controlling a HPM Servo shot valve (Trexton), seperate spare HPM manual shot valve as back-up comes with machine, Trabon Dual automatic lubrication systems. Machine specifications include: 8.5" shot bore by 44" stroke, 54" of tie bar clearance between 11" diameter tie bars, 24" - 36" of die stroke, 27" - 64" die thickness capacity, inserted shot positions with center, -12" and -15" shot positions and 8" of ejector platen stroke. Also included with machine ABB model IRB 6400 Foundry Plus robot, serial number 64-05513, Metal Mechanics 50 ton Four post vertical hydraulic trim press and a Rimrock Model 410 reciprocating sprayer with Epic controls and LCD display screen.
