One used (second hand) HPM, model II-900-A, serial number 98-045; new in 1998, 900 ton, cold chamber die casting machine, only 10,199 total run hours since new. Equipped with Air Safety Ratchet, Hydraulic Motorized Die Height Adjustment, Hydraulic Bumper Plate Ejection System, Three Core Circuits, Automatic Tie Bar Puller on Top Operator Side Tie Bar, Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 Controls, Visi-Trak "Sure-Trak" controlling a HPM Servo shot valve, automatic lubrication system. Machine specifications include: 6.5 inch shot bore by 31 inch stroke with a 4.25 inch shot rod, 38 inch of tie bar clearance between 8 inch diameter tie bars, 23 inch - 29 inch of die stroke, 16 inch - 40 inch die thickness capacity, inserted shot positions with center, -6 inch and -12 inch shot positions and 5 inch of ejector platen stroke.
