Equipped with Air Safety Ratchet, Hydraulic Motorized Die Height Adjustment, Hydraulic Bumper Plate Ejection System, Two Core Circuits, Automatic Tie Bar Puller on Top Operator Side Tie Bar, Allen Bradley PLC 5/25 Controls, Prince Pro-Analyzer Human Interface and Trabon automatic lubrication system. Machine specifications include: 20" Shot stroke, 28 inches of tie bar clearance between 5.5 inch diameter tie bars, 19.5 inches of die stroke, 18 inch - 32 inch die thickness capacity, inserted shot positions with center and -6 inch shot positions and 4 inch of ejector platen stroke. Also included with machine: Striko Dynarad EC 950 electric holding furnace, Rimrock 305 auto ladle and Rimrock 320 Multi-Link Extractor with Triangle Controls, Advance Reciprocating Die Sprayer and a mesh type parts conveyor with forced air cooling.
