Description: One Complete Magnesium Hot Chamber Die Casting Factory. Die Cast Machinery, LLC has been awarded the exclusive rights to immediately sell the assets formerly of Manufacturas De Magnesio De Mexico, S.A. De C.V. This state of the art hot chamber magnesium die casting facility was designed and built to produce steering wheel armatures for the automotive industry but also lends itself to the electronics industries. The factory will be offered as a complete package that can be either operated in its current location or could be moved to a new location. The equipment was installed new between 2004 and 2007. The factory was closed when the automotive crisis began in 2008. This is a Complete Magnesium Die Casting facility (turnkey factory) located in Morelia, Mexico Well Suited for Steering Wheel Armatures & Electronic Components. All machines are of the same brand and Model for ease of Maintenance. DCM 2713

Purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Die Cast Machinery, LLC from and against all suits, claims, costs, damages and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of, or in connection with, the transportation, purchase, ownership, or use of the merchandise or equipment sold hereunder.
