Single Temperiertechnik (Single-temp) manufacture hot oil temperature control units in two models, Oil Compact Series and Oil Advanced Series.
Oil Compact Series comes with two structural units, Oil Compact DM and Oil Compact TK. Oil Compact DM operates at a maximum temperature of 302 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 kW heating capacity and .75 HP pump motor capacity producing a maximum flow rate of 10.5 GPM. Oil Compact TK can reach a max. temperature of 356 degrees Fahrenheit for the 4 kW heater unit which comes with a .75 HP pump motor producing a maximum flow rate of 11.8 GPM. The 6 kW heating capacity unit can reach a maximum temperature of 482 degrees Fahrenheit, equipped with 1 HP pump motor and can produce a flow rate of 15.8 GPM.
The Oil Advanced Series can operate temperature up to 662 degrees Fahrenheit and comes in 5 structural units: D1, D2, D3, D4 and D5. The Oil Advanced Series offer heating capacity from 9 kW - 144 kW, 1 HP – 11 HP pump motor capacity and flow rate can range from 15.8 GPM to 1080 GPM. Model D1 and D2 is equipped with magnetically coupled pumps as a standard feature (optional for other models) and uses SCT controller (optional SBC controller).
